We are seeking a Manager of Eastern Canada Sales to lead commercial growth and customer partnerships across Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role responsible for regional sales strategy, key account management, and deployment of innovative genetic solutions throughout Eastern Canada.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role combines swine production expertise with proven agricultural sales leadership. The successful candidate will bring strong relationship-building ability, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering measurable value to pork producers.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales & Market Development
-
Lead sales activity and customer engagement across Eastern Canada.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Deliver regional sales targets and market-share growth.
-
Communicate customer needs, production insights, and market trends to internal stakeholders.

Oversee relationships with Account Managers and Distributors.
-
Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and regional planning.
Key Account Leadership
-
Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic customer accounts.
-
Support producers with genetics solutions, technical insight, and long-term value creation.
-
Partner with customers to improve productivity, performance, and business outcomes.
Collaboration & Leadership
-
Work closely with internal technical, production, and customer-success teams.
-
Contribute to national sales initiatives and knowledge sharing.
-
Reinforce a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
-
5+ years of progressive experience in agricultural sales, account management, or commercial leadership.
-
Strong understanding of swine production systems, genetics, and producer economics preferred.
-
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing key customer relationships.
-
Proven ability to lead, influence, and strengthen commercial performance.
-
Strong business acumen including sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
-
Strategic and analytical mindset focused on long-term value creation.
-
Advanced negotiation and relationship-management skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a field-based regional role.
-
Willingness to travel throughout Eastern Canada.
-
Post-secondary education in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or related field considered an asset.
