TECHNICAL MANAGER, SWINE

THE JOB:


As a Swine Nutritionist, you will play a critical role in developing new products, launching first-to-market solutions, and supporting the sales team as they engage with the top 40 pork producers. You’ll be part of a highly respected technical team and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, quality, and procurement to bring science-based, research-backed products to market.

Develop new and innovative feed additive products for swine nutrition
Collaborate with marketing to launch products and drive adoption
Support and train the sales team with technical expertise
Partner with sales, marketing, quality, and procurement on product positioning


Engage with key customers to provide technical support and consultation
Represent the company at trade shows and technical symposiums

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:


MS, PhD, or DVM in Swine Nutrition or related field


Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical support or pork production

Experience managing swine research projects
Strong public speaking skills for customer presentations and training
Ability to support the sales team with technical expertise
Midwest-based candidate willing to travel up to 2 nights per week
